Order Confirmation
On receipt of your order we will issue you an email titled Divine Shabby Chic - Order Confirmation. This will state clearly the items you have ordered and prices.
Cancellation
You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed, however if you have already received an email confirming dispatched goods then you will have to return the unwanted items at your own expense following the guidelines below.
Shipping & Returns
We do hope you love your received items but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you.
All order are dispatched using "My Hermes" Hermes Parcelnet Ltd on a 3-5 working day service.
Faulty Goods
If a product arrives faulty we will replace it . This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please contact us. Goods should not be returned to Divine Shabby Chic Ltd without prior agreement. All agreed returns should be packed correctly and returned to Divine Shabby Chic Ltd detailing the returns. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited.
Pricing Policy
All prices may be subject to change without notice.
Delivery
Some orders are dispatched via courier and automatically require a signature. Our delivery service may require a telephone number so they can text message you with your delivery time. If the time is not convenient you will have other options to leave with your chosen neighbor or choose a different delivery day/time.
We will not however be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property.
Used Goods
We will not refund returned items that we deem to have been used and are not in there original packaging or packaged as we sent out. You will have to arrange collection from us.
If you decide to change the delivery address once your item has been dispatched our courier company charges us £7.50 for this service and we will pass this cost onto our customer.
While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependent on calibration of individual screens.

Divine Shabby Chic products are for DECORATIVE USE ONLY AND ARE STRICTLY NOT TOYS. DUE TO THE RISK OF CHOKING FROM SMALL PARTS THESE ITEMS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 36 MONTHS.
Divine Shabby Chic reserves the right at our discretion to refuse to supply Goods. We do not supply wall fixings and screws
Divine Shabby Chic Ltd reserve the right to reclaim the costs of storage and/or redelivery and/or other related costs where the customer fails to accept delivery of Goods.
Risk
The goods will be at the Customer’s risk as from delivery to the address given at the time of ordering.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
